in every culture, every aera and in every religious community you will find them:
both symbol-bearing and symbol-being circles; round ornamental pictures, oriented
towards the middle / spreading out from a center.
observing and / or creating of mandalas invite us to
switch off & relax, thus diving into our own middle.
my main faszination lies in the interplay of colours, shapes and patterns.
not only therefore all the mandalas, i create, design and produce, are unique specimens.
patterns may repeat themselves,
colours may repeat themselves.
but the arrangement is
always different and always again unequalled.
doesn’t that at the same time say very much about life itself and it’s moments ... ?
