humans do need rituals

i am convinced about that. why else would they celebrate festivals and annuaries in such ritualised ways? why else are there such strict protocols for the so-called transitional ‘rites’ ?
and who does not know all these small ev’ryday-life ‘rituals’, whose importance you sometimes discover only in their absence?

from birth to death we define and documentate our way through life by means of rituals - of one kind or another. they mostly mark transitions of personal development.

namegivings, reaching maturity, starting / changing profession, binding with or leaving a living partner, birth- & name- days, becoming a parent, moving to the first own / a new place, entering resignment, saying goodbye . . .
- the reasons are multiple and you should seize them to experience the given situation fully aware while celebrating and manifestating the corresponding change(s) and relating growth.
